From as early as I can remember, I have been fascinated by everything related to gastronomy & hospitality. 

After formal four year training in a top culinary school, I gained several years of experience and completed internships at a number of renowned, Michelin-starred restaurants both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Over the years, I have worked with UHNW families, celebrities, and discerning clients in the Netherlands, as well as internationally in destinations like Austria, Switzerland, South of France, Spain, Dubai, Ibiza/Mallorca, Cote D'Azur & Monaco. 

 

My philosophy

Each residency has strengthened my philosophy: every meal should tell a story, reflect the client's tastes, and transform ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences.

From world tours to the kitchen

 

Despite my strong passion for gastronomy, I chose to pursue another great passion and entered the concert and event industry. As a tour and production manager, I travelled the world with several internationally renowned artists.

 

Back to his culinary roots

 

The love for cooking, however, never faded. The idea of a new beginning had been growing for some time, leading me to further develop my craft through internships, workshops and masterclasses with a variety of international top chefs.

 

Private chef since 2019

 

In early 2019, the time had come to turn my long-held ambition into reality. I began my journey as a private chef, specialising in intimate fine dining experiences for small groups. My focus is to let guests enjoy food and wine at the highest level. Since then, I have been cooking worldwide for an international clientele as a private chef, villa chef and yacht chef.
