From as early as he can remember, Mark Endlich has been fascinated by everything related to cooking and gastronomy. Preparing elaborate meals for family and friends has always been something he truly enjoyed.
Education & culinary foundation
Attending culinary school was a natural choice. After completing his four-year training, he gained several years of experience and completed internships at a number of renowned, Michelin-starred restaurants both in the Netherlands and abroad.
International experience in top restaurants
During this time, he refined his skills and developed his culinary style, drawing inspiration from a wide range of cuisines and high-level techniques.
From world tours to the kitchen
Despite his strong passion for gastronomy, he chose to pursue another great passion and entered the concert and event industry. As a tour and production manager, he travelled the world with several internationally renowned artists.
Back to his culinary roots
The love for cooking, however, never faded. The idea of a new beginning had been growing for some time, leading him to further develop his craft through internships, workshops and masterclasses with a variety of international top chefs.
Private chef since 2019
In early 2019, the time had come to turn his long-held ambition into reality. He began his journey as a private chef, specialising in intimate fine dining experiences for small groups. His focus is to let guests enjoy food and wine at the highest level. Since then, he has been cooking worldwide for an international clientele as a private chef, villa chef and yacht chef.
