We recently enjoyed a fantastic evening with Mark and Nicole as our private chefs at home. From the very first contact to the final course, everything was perfectly taken care of.

 

The chef created a delicious menu, fully tailored to our wishes and dietary preferences. The dishes were not only beautifully presented, but also of outstanding quality, with surprising and refined flavours. The service was excellent as well: professional, friendly, and with great attention to detail.

 

It was a unique experience to enjoy such a luxurious dinner in our own home, without having to spend any time in the kitchen ourselves. We highly recommend Mark and Nicole to anyone looking for an exclusive culinary experience.

Recommended by a colleague, I decided to contact the private chef (Mark) and his wife (Nicole) with one goal in mind: to give my wife an unforgettable evening.

 

And that is exactly what we experienced, what an incredible night.

 

Everything was prepared and executed down to the finest detail, from the table setting to the flowers, and from the flowers to the cutlery. The quality and finesse with which each dish was prepared and presented, accompanied by thoughtful explanations and perfectly paired wines, port and limoncello, were truly outstanding.

 

It was a high-end experience, yet relaxed and informal, resulting in a truly memorable evening… and most importantly, a very happy wife. What made it even more special was how each dish and wine was connected to moments from our life together. In one single evening, Mark and Nicole took us on a journey through our shared memories, expressed through food and wine. We feel incredibly grateful to have experienced this.

 

Mark and Nicole, you deserve not only all the Michelin stars, but you are truly stars as people as well.

We are now in the middle of the pandemic and I suddenly thought of the beautiful dinner that Mark Endlich prepared for us.

It was July 4, 2020 a beautiful day where I wanted to give my brother-in-law a gift, I immediately thought of "My Private Chef". After a nice conversation with Mark we came up with an exciting menu as desired. On the day itself we didn't have to do anything except enjoy! It was a culinary feast with delicious, varied and fresh dishes (including the 2 vegetarians!). Also the matching wines were nice and at the right temperature.

Mark, we really enjoyed it and hopefully you can book us another evening after this annoying pandemic is over!! Greetings from Voorburg.
